• Your phone call will be answered promptly and professionally
• Your emergency breakdown will prompt our highest priority response
• We maintain an inventory of critical spare parts
• The IDS service tech will email a daily log of work performed
• The IDS service tech will document and report any non-conformance in product manufacture.
