Bailey-Parks Urethane fabricates and stocks a wide array of standard urethane products such as sheets, pads, rods and tubes. It also custom designs, engineers, produces and tests engineered urethane products.
Whether you need customized polyurethane bushings or made-to-order specialty urethane parts, we have a complete engineering and machine shop under one roof at our plant in Memphis, Tennessee. A turnkey solution for custom urethane design and production, we are limited only by our customers' imaginations.

Tooling and Machining Services:
Almost 100 percent of our tooling is done in-house, using steel, aluminum and/or composite materials. We can create plastic injection molds, compression molds and centrifugal casting molds, among others. The tooling department also supports the Bailey-Parks roller division by building roller cores and repairing damaged rollers prior to recovering.
We have partnered with several local shops so that we can deliver our customers the best value in the quickest turnaround times. With our partner shops, we are able to offer wire edm, laser and waterjet cutting technology. With these capabilities, we can produce steel or aluminum inserts that can be bonded to or incorporated into urethane parts.
Our welding and fabricating shop, with MIG, TIG and STICK capabilities, allows us to build or repair roller cores to any specification. We also machine new roller cores and have the capacity to produce large quantities of precision roller cores, pins and spindles.
Our CAD-CAM software, coupled with stereo lithography (SLA), can rapidly produce prototypes from drawing files submitted by our customers. This process reduces design time and ultimately the time to market. With two CNC milling and one turning center in house, we can design and build the molds needed to produce urethane parts — quickly and efficiently, and at a low cost.
